Down the Line

Arts Access Victoria (AAV) invites you to view artist Adam Knapper’s ‘Down the Line’ project.  This online exhibition of drawings seeks to connect people during the Covid-19 pandemic.

‘Down the Line’ is a series of pencil drawings of interlocking ribbon forms. The entangled ribbons become a maze that can be followed and unravelled by the eye. For Adam, the project aims to “connect people in the current situation of self-isolation. The ribbon drawings represent the interconnectedness. Although we are physically distanced, there is an inherent connection we share through the experience of Covid-19 and the possible stresses on mental health.”

This project is supported by Yarra City Arts and Arts Access Victoria.
