It's time to party! The Other Film Festival (TOFF) is turning 20!

Join us for the Red Carpet launch of TOFF’s 2024 screening program. You can join us at ACMI in person or online. There will be screenings, speeches and much more.
The Other Film Festival (TOFF) is a ground-breaking disability-led program that places Deaf and Disabled people at the centre of the Australian screen industry. TOFF started in 2004 and is Australia’s first international disability film festival. TOFF is a leader in the global disability screen advocacy movement.
Food and drinks provided.
Arrive 3.30 pm for a 4 pm start.
Speeches and screening of two short films from 4 pm – 5 pm.
Music, food and drinks from 5 pm – 6 pm.
When: Wednesday 18 September, 3.30 pm – 6.00 pm
Where: Swinburne Studio at ACMI (Federation Square) and online
Access: Wheelchair accessible, audio loop, audio described, Auslan Interpreted, captioning, quiet room, many seating options, assistance animals welcome, support staff available, mask friendly. There will be Alcohol at this event.
Dress Code: Dress up or dress down. (Please wear what’s comfortable for you!)
