Portable disability arts space
Arts Access Victoria offers an accessible, portable arts space for hire called Nebula.
An Australian-first, Nebula adapts to the art and the artists who use it. It can be transformed into a gallery, workshop space or performing arts venue. It can be used for creating site-specific work, or as a community meeting place.
Nebula was devised by artists from Art Day South, one of our weekly arts programs. They wanted to create an accessible studio that could travel across Victoria to offer more opportunities for Deaf and Disabled artists.
See Nebula in action in these videos:
- Singular, a collaboration between Art Day South and Rawcus theatre company
