DAN Stencilling Project
In May 2009, Arts Access Victoria’s Deaf Arts Network and the City of Port Phillip collaborated with the Victorian College of the Deaf to create a Street Art Project with the College’s students. The result was a lively stencil art work along the St Kilda Junction Underpass.
