EASE Ticketing

EASE is a membership based service with approximately 600 individual and organisational members. Working in partnership with arts organisations, venues and presenters, EASE offers the following services:
- Specialised Booking Service: For people whose choice of seat is restricted due to physical or sensory impairment, and people who require access to flexible booking and payment options.
- Reduced price tickets: Reduced priced tickets serve as an incentive to encourage people to attend, especially those who are financially disadvantaged.
- Free tickets: EASE distributes free tickets to disadvantaged groups who may not otherwise have an opportunity to attend and to encourage audience development by providing first timers with an arts or cultural experience without financial risk.
- Assisting arts organisations in filling slow selling events while introducing new audiences to the arts.
- Information Service: Through an Update, phone service, website and email list, EASE provides members with detailed information about access, services and facilities.
Agency for special events: EASE also acts as a booking agency for sign interpreted, audio described and other events of specific interest to the disability sector.
