To realise the artistic aspirations of people with a disability, thereby transforming our community, and illuminating our culture and humanity.

  • Artists with a disability have meaningful career pathways within the broader arts and cultural community.
  • The arts and cultural sector responds to the needs and aspirations of people with a disability, as both practitioners and audiences, through inclusive arts practices.

To demonstrate Leadership we:

  • place people with a disability at the heart of our practice, as industry leaders and cultural innovators
  • instigate social change by driving policy development and engaging with decision makers
  • ensure our capacity to grow to meet the changing needs and aspirations of our stakeholders

  • support vibrant arts and cultural activities for and by people with a disability in their communities
  • generate dynamic pathways that foster innovative and inclusive arts practice within the broader arts and cultural community
  • produce profile events and public outcomes that advance sector development

To demonstrate Engagement we:

  • build relationships with individuals, industry and the community to deliver unique outcomes that strengthen the sector, generate community benefits and drive social change
  • engage partners through innovative and responsive programs and services
  • strengthen the capacity of the community, disability, and arts and cultural sectors to take on and deliver high quality, sustainable programs through collaborative approaches
