St Kilda plays host to a day of interactive music making. Muso’s living with mental distress like schizy, bipolar, depression, borderline personality disorder and anxiety (aka Millies) can attend low cost, high quality interactive workshops with other people who understand the power of music.
Kavisha Mazzella kicks off the afternoon with a brilliant chance to get inside song and discover your story. Kavisha is a beautiful musician and will inspire you to dig deep into your art. Then unleash your innate rhythm with well revered Melbourne Djembe school’s Simon Lewis. Simon is known for his excellent fun workshops that will get us all playing like we had been for eons.
