Napoleon: Revolution to Empire launches Smart Auslan at the NGV!

Napoleon: Revolution to Empire brings the legend to life, majestically telling the story of Napoleon Bonaparte, a man who emerged from the chaos of the French Revolution to become one of the
world’s most powerful and visionary rulers.

This important exhibition heralds another first, the use of innovative technology called “Smart Auslan” that provides an accessible audio tour incorporating captions and Australian sign language, making the gallery accessible to a large and growing portion of the population.

The National Gallery of Victoria is the first cultural institution in Australia to provide a truly inclusive experience for Deaf and hearing impaired visitors.
