“Oh You Beautiful Stage” sets new benchmark.

The Victorian Association of Performing Arts Centres (VAPAC) is delighted to announce the release of the 3rd edition of “Oh You Beautiful Stage – Australian Design and Technical Benchmarks for Performing Arts Centres”.
This edition has significantly improved and comprehensively updated earlier versions and will provide greater value for a wide range of users, including artists and audience members with disability.
“Oh You Beautiful Stage” is the definitive guide to considering, planning and building a performing arts space to meet the latest technical, design, access and staffing requirements and to maximise the versatility of the space created.
As part of the project team that revised “Oh You Beautiful Stage” Arts Access Victoria consulted on aspects of accessible design and use. Available in electronic format, this 258 page document is a must for:
